The Gardening session had a lovely vibe yesterday and is something we aim to repeat in September when we have even more produce! Thank you for your donations and support.
As the school year draws to a close, I’d like to wish our Year 6 children the very best for the next steps in their education journey. I’d also like to take this opportunity to thank everyone in our community for their ongoing support. When I reflect on this academic year, many of the highlights have been having our families in school enjoying activities with their children. We all really appreciate working alongside you to give the very best memories for life to our pupils.
We have lots of ideas and exciting opportunities planned for the next academic year. A few snippets include: going to watch a Christmas show, having a family picnic and a whole school Gladiators event! We are also creating a new and exciting learning space in the art area.
For now, wind down and relax after another wonderful year at Byers Green. Enjoy the break and come to school on Wednesday 3rd September ready for a new beginning, lots of hard work but lots of fun along the way.
