Write your new spellings in sentences in your blue Home Learning book, making sure you use the correct punctuation
Y1: –oy words
Y2: – adding -iest to adjectives ending in -y. Talk about what happens to the – y in words like happy – you should notice that in English we drop the -y and add– iest.
Please spend 10 minutes every day practising your spellings!
