DT

In DT this half-term we are going to explore simple moving parts in books. Your activity today is to look at any pop-up books or cards you have at home and try to work out how they move.

Please record your ideas on worksheet dated 26.2.21.

Unfortunately, we don’t have enough texts with moving parts in school to send everyone a book home.

If you haven’t got any pop-up books or cards at home, don’t worry; we can look at them together when we’re all back at school.

PSHCE

Please use the template dated 26.2.21 to complete and make a ‘chatterbox’ – many parents probably made these at school and might need to help their child fold the square to make the chatterbox. I have asked members of staff what they used to call these but there doesn’t seem to be a name!

The idea is to encourage children to talk about their feelings, especially in these strange times!

Homework

Please see Classroom Secrets.
