Please remember – we do not use the White Rose workbooks; if the video asks you to pause to complete the questions on the worksheet please just continue the video. White Rose (or other appropriate resources) will be provided to complete. This week there are also activities to be completed during the teaching videos and I have noted on the planning the resources needed.

Complete worksheet dated 8.2.21 and then practise writing our spellings for this week: right / bright / light / night / high

Challenge: can you spot and write any other igh words? Clue: think about the book we’ve read recently and our history topic!

Y2 spellings: adding -ing to verbs ending in e: hiking / shining / scaring / moving / being

Please write these words in sentences – try to practise using different sentence types (statement / question / command / exclamation).

Please discuss with your child / children everything they have learned about Jesus so far: his birth, the miracles he performed and any other information which shows why Christians believe he is so special.

Missed Flu Clinic
